Mike took me out for a late lunch today after we saw about ten minutes of the final brewer home game of the season (
Claire has a hard time at baseball games). I ordered a hamburger (well-done) and couldn't finish it. When I got home, I forgot to put it in the fridge. When Mike got home, six hours later, we debated on whether it was safe to eat. So what do you all think? Would you eat it? That sounds like a segment on the Letterman show: "Would You Eat It?"

No, I wouldn't eat it.
I don't think it would bother me - I'd eat it....
Eat it, it's processed. It has so many chemicals in it that it would be hard for anything to live off of it, right?
Don't eat it! What did you decide?
Emily says "Eat it"
Update: I ate the left over burger despite Sheela saying after every bite, "I think that is the one that will make you sick." It has now been about three days and no sickness so I am in the clear.
Other votes:
Sheela-don't eat it
Jeanne Norgren-eat it
Rick Norgren-eat it
Elissa Kinsella-don't eat it
James Kinsella-You shouldn't eat beef
I didn't get a chance to vote on time! I would have voted eat it, but would have prefaced that with: ask Monica.
I routinely have to ask her questions like this - often when the answer is obvious to others...
I always tell Mike to "call Monica and ask her". Looks like I was being overly cautious in this case, but in the same situation in the future, I still wouldn't eat it. No hamburger is worth getting sick over.
Six hours later? I would eat it.
I wanted to clear up an error in the last post by Sheela - there ARE in fact burgers worth getting sick over. For example, Sobelman's in Milwaukee has burgers in this category. Speaking of which I would be interested in other great restaurant recommendations in Wisconsin.
