That driving the five minutes to the grocery store, alone, with both windows down and something other than Raffi playing on the radio could be such a thrill.

Dude, i used to do that like every other day man! Even better close to midnite when there's no line...
On the other hand - I got on the elevator at work the other day with a distraught 20 something. When I giggled and started singing Mr. Roger's IT'S YOU I LIKE to her sobs about being an outcast - we both ended up laughing uproariously and exited feeling better. All these things serve some kind of wacky, mysterious purpose that we are not always let in on......
